Beautiful, serene, close to Monsal trail.1 mile from Bakewell.a nice cafe nearby.
Excellent staging post for the Monsal Trail. Café and gifts untested and free public toilets. Car park was reasonably priced and ample parking.
A great little gift shop and cafe. We only made a quick stop for coffee and cake, the carrot cake is so tasty. We visited on a lovely day in the school holidays, it was really busy but still plenty of tables.
Good place. Hired bicycle from here guys are really helpful and friendly.
Parked here for a day out on the monsal trail bike riding. Car parking all day until 6pm is £5.50 which is not too bad but the gates could be left open until later to allow people to leave at their leisure. The gates are locked at 6.30pm.
Been sat here for over two hours waiting for our food, they keep finding new and inventive ways to mess up a couple sandwiches. Edit: they were actually toasties but they came out so cold I didn't want to do other toasties the disservice of associating them with these abominations
Everything you would need to start your walk or bike ride, or even for a break. Breakfast was very good. They even sell alcohol! so a great place to have a break or end your day.
Good cake. Well priced food and drink. It rained but every table had an umbrella so still enjoyed our break here.
I dropped my mobile while having coffee at Hassop Station Bookshop but the management so good to send me back via FREE delivery. Big thanks specially to the supervisor RAY. Honest team. Will recommend that place without shadow of doubt
