3 weeks post major op SHP seem to not care if I live or die. 46 in phone queue! Called to surgery and spoke only on intercom. Said they will call back but didn’t. Just another very sad example of the state of healthcare in this country.

Place is run like a circus , always has been !

Actual doctors and nurses are helpful but trying to get through to make an appointment on the phone is almost impossible. Always in a queue. Have to call on the day at 8am to get an appointment the same day in the morning or after 1pm for an afternoon. Cannot book in advance which is ridiculous

Extremely  difficult  getting an appointment. And when you do usually  your waiting half hour or more to be seen. Unfortunately  vulnerable  people are left with no help in emergencies. Reception staff need more training.

Can not get appointments.telephone always busy.twice know have had to go to walk in centre..

Receptionist rude! Can never get an appointment!
