Amazing help from the pharmacy today, they managed to sort out our prescription and even spoke to our doctors. We couldn’t fault the service we received and would recommend this pharmacy and the people. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible. Thank you for all the help you gave us.

One of the best most friendliest pharmacies I’ve ever used…. Staff are amazing and helpful. Especially with my daughter who has unique ways. Yesterday whilst in so much pain they helped me out quickly and efficiently. After going back in today they were quick to ask how I was and check I was ok… thank you for always working hard and staying friendly especially during testing times
A great local pharmacy with very helpful staff.
Can’t thank the staff there enough. Had nothing but problems with Solihull health partnership trying to get my repeat medication. They sent it through incorrectly 3 times and as it is near impossible to even get into their phone queue, I had 0 chance of getting my medication before I ran out . The staff there contacted SHP 3 times and eventually got my correct prescription. They really are so helpful and saved me a lot of stress . Thanks a million
Absolutely disgusting treatment in this Pharmacy today. I asked for a box of Covid Rapid tests as my daughter, who lives with me, has recently been in contact with a friend who has tested +ve for Covid. Obviously she needs to test and, had she been positive, all members of the household should test, too. The Pharmacist was rude, grilled me as to why I wanted the tests, who needed them and why. This is not helpful in the fight against Covid, particularly as restrictions are being completely lifted in a few days. What is the point of posters asking everyone to test twice weekly if you have to arm wrestle the Pharmacist to obtain a kit? You'd have thought it was costing her personally to hand a box of the tests over.I did get them eventually. I shan't be using this Pharmacy again.
We have been using Morissons Pharmacy but unfortunately the branch closed recently so had to use Haslucks Green Pharmacy. We had to make three trips to Haslucks Green Pharmacy to collect one prescription thanks to the staff carelessness. The staff would not even greet the customer let alone apologise for the trouble they caused. One of the worst service ever experienced.
Lovely and helpful staff. They also have a booth in case one needs to speak in privacy. Very good
Such friendly staff. Always happy to help. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Suggest that whoever drives the pharmacy van doesn't use his phone when driving and signal at roundabouts.
