I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zaheer Ibrahim at Haslingden Health Centre, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and care. Dr. Ibrahim was attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. His calm and empathetic approach immediately put me at ease, and his clear explanations made the treatment process straightforward and stress-free.nnThe level of dedication and attention to detail he displayed is rare and greatly appreciated. Just have to say a massive thank you to the lovely lady on reception yesterday wish I could remember her name. She tried hard to get me an appointment, which was impossible, then said she would get doctor to ring me but my phone service went down, so borrowing a phone rang to inform her. She then spoke to the doctor on my behalf and got my antibiotics. She could have said there’s nothing she could do but she went the extra mile. Thank you again
I always find this GP practice accommodating. The staff are polite and accommodating in person and when calling into the surgery. Dr Nasir was one of the best GP’s I have come across in many years. He was extremely thorough and listened to us during our appointment. He was caring and compassionate too. A real asset to that surgery
Having itchy back problems. Appointment with doctor quickly provided - the call-back option works very well. Doctor says 'not shingles' and gave a prescription which was collected from next door Pharmacy straight away. Medicine now working. Fast, friendly and effective - well done.
