Masha'Allah me and  my wife went hajj with Hashim travel Haji keyani 2015 and I truly can say it was the greatest time of my life the hotels catering transport was exactly as promised Haji keyani went above and beyond to make it a special hajj for everyone Masha'Allah truly great person I've recommended my friends and family with Hashim travel and all have had a blessed time so if anyone thinking to go with Hashim travel you will not be disappointed Jazakallah to everyone at Hashim travel once again may Allah subhan a wa t'ala reward you immensely!!

I have travelled for Hajj and Umrah many times with Hashim Travel.I honestly believe they are one of the best providing a brilliant experience. The team at Hashim travel make it all very easy and hassle free making it easy for everyone.

Just come back from our first umrah with Hashim Travel and we can’t wait to go again! Uncle and his extended family members took really good care of us We had 3 toddlers with us and the whole group didn’t mind one bit  There were some issues with travel delays and when we got there Saudi had restrictions and apps and permits etc but uncle was so patient with everything and everyone  So good to have someone like that to keep us all positive  Hotels were stones throw away from both holy sites  food that was ordered was really good-traditional Pakistani food which my mum especially enjoyed   The Ziyarats excursion were really informative and our toddlers enjoyed seeing the animals at one of the stops  The whole family were always helpful and everything was so well organised so a big thank you to you all!  Would highly recommend to everyone  My family and I can’t wait to get called for hajj/umrah and when we do -will definitely be using Hashim Travel IA

Went with Haji Kiyani for Hajj 2012... 7 star service. Have been with many others for umrah since then , some good some ok some dreadful. In shaa Allah  going umrah again in the coming months...CANNOT wait to book with these guys again.  Great people who care.

I went on hajj with hashim travel August 2019, I must say they are very professional and efficient. The main man khayani is a very busy man looking after all his group, he still manages to smile and answer any questions. Haji Merban is a great help with all his knowledge, they have talks in the hotel training you for hajj held by Haji Syed Redwanullah , I must say are very informative. The hotel is located 10 minutes from masjid haram which is great, one straight rd you will not get lost. food provided is Pakistani home style food which is good if you fancy a change  there are many variety’s within walking distance. You get a very good hajj price by hashim  travel, but the hotel is basic and serves its purpose. It’s a very humble hotel, with not many comforts. Overlall staying in this  hotel and doing the hajj makes you more humble.

Have been on umrah on a number of occasions. First time with Hashim travel. By far the worst company out there. We were supposed to stay in Madina for 7 days and expected the hotel room for that amount of time. On our final day in Madina our flight was scheduled to depart from Madina at 11pm and we were due to go to the airport at 6pm yet we were kicked out of our rooms at 1pm and told to wait in the lobby!!!!! All this because Hashim travel want to save a couple of quid by not booking the rooms. We had an elderly woman in our group and she had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours. Disgraceful behaviour just to save a few pounds. Avoid this company at all cost. I have submitted a complaint to the ministry of Hajj and urge all others that were affected to do the same

What a travel agency! Flight got cancelled and they helped me get a flight the same night!

The stubborn owner who has elderley people waiting in hotel lobbies for 24 hours whilst themselves are in a room emjoying comfort and when it comes time to pay he starts being greedy about prices and his son always at the desk is to busy on ticktock never in my life will i recommend or let anyone i know use these lot for such a holy trip!
