this post office is a big joke. Asian woman being rude doesn't listen to what you say to her. I treat all clients as subordinates. never returns parcels. throws all the packs. The post office is for people, not for her. If she can't talk to people, she shouldn't work there
I do not recommend!!!! Lady behind the counter is rude and doesn't listen. She acts like she’s there for punishment and nothing is is her fold. The worst service in my life shame for local point owner
It's got the roodest woman behind the counter be careful I won't use that place again.. so sad when people can't be nice.
We went to post office today to collect our parcels this is the second time with card and two types of ID but would not give them to us we do have email from head office to say its the address and POSTCODE not name that's important we tried to tell her but was not interested she grabbed our card and ID and through them across shop she needs sacking
Twice refused My parcel she threw my driving license across the shop she would not listen to anything I had to say very classy shameful this woman should not be in a position of authority boycott this post office
Very un-helpful nearly all the time. never seem to want to give you your parcel no matter what ID you have if you dont have a red slip that doesnt always get posted. They really do need some training, some staff are nice of course.
Terrible post Office! When sending items with pre paid Royal Mail labels she doesn't give proof of postage receipts but instead just puts them in the post bag ready for collection! I will be going elsewhere!
A very friendly Asian lady helped me and saved me money when posting a couple of packages yesterday. All with a smile on her face. Thank you
Took a small birthday card in to post, first I had to weigh it, then the woman took if from and tried 3 time to get it through the slot to size it, it was 4 x 6 inch and flat! She then purposely failed to get it through the slot and stated it would be a large parcel at £3.24, this is 3rd time she has done this and is clearly doing this on purpose. I asked for the card back and stated I would go elsewhere, she just laughed. Having read the other reviews this would seem common practice here. Beware of this scam!!!!
Great customer service, always friendly, very knowledgeable when it comes to the postal system and services available, quick and officiant with processing and booking in of multiple parcels at once. all in all fantastic service for the village. WELL DONE GUYS!
