The Harvester experience delivered well despite covid restrictions. The team at The Griffin were excellent, and accommodated one of our party with food allergies brilliantly.
Friendly staff, seated quickly. Good food which was served fast... what more can you ask for. ..oh yeah, great price too
Food cooked hot to order. It’s a Harvester - better than expected! Also prefer having the salad bar served for you - something I hope they continue!
My ribs needed more sauce and of course covid restrictions dampen the experience. I will give top marks for the staff though, always pleasant and helpful, even while themselves dealing with covid restrictions
Food was nice, service was ok - when we were seated my partner put his hand on some spilled sticky sauce on the seat, pointed it out to the waitress who apologised and said it would cleaned - it wasn't, we just moved across the seat away from it. In these Covid times you expect tables / seats to be wiped down between customers.
Very tasty food, beautiful venue with a big car park. Great menu to accommodate vegetarians and meat eaters. Lovely beer garden too.
Although the good was good, having to pay £5 for a bowl of salad which used to be free & being over charged on my bill, I'm less than impressed
This place is a Harvester. The meals we had were very tasty. Had to ask 3 times for water. Our young waiter was very attentive, pleasant and helpful. A good experience
Few dishes were wrong or things were missing. But servers were mad busy so kudos to them for keeping it all together. Food was ok, typical Harvester fare really. Just be prepared to be patient with the staff, they're doing their best.
