They can't even get rid of Cola stains. They've had my coat for a week now. Update: 45 minutes after I pointed out that my coat was still stained, they rang me to say that it was ready. They have finally removed the stain but what on earth have they been doing for a week, if 45 minutes was all it took to actually do the job? I also gave them a black three piece suit, which had a white mark around the neckline from being worn next to skin. They have told me the stain is permanent and cannot be removed. Although they did suggest I try gently brushing it with cold water before I bring it in the next time, which is the sort of thing I thought dry cleaners were supposed to do, frankly. So it's taken over a week and four trips to Harte dry cleaners I was initially told that my clothes would be ready on Tuesday morning but they weren't and my black jacket still isn't clean. I don't know what is going on at Harte dry cleaners but, unless you kick up a fuss, it doesn't appear to be a great deal of cleaning. Update: Julie Fletcher, who is obviously the person I have been dealing with at Harte, has responded to the above personally attacking me in a review. I would like to make it clear that I even said thank you when I went to collect my coat for the third time. I was not obliged to pretend to be overjoyed at the shoddy service I received. I would like to criticise Julie's customer service, though now that she's made it personal. Repeatedly saying that you can only apologise as if you couldn't care less is not acceptable, something that another reviewer on this site has picked up on. I note that Julie did not even attempt to defend the job she did. How could she? I have reported Julie's review to the moderator. People affiliated with businesses are not supposed to review themselves, especially when they award themselves five stars they most certainly haven't earned. Julie's attitude is probably the best reason not to use Harte. We all make mistakes at work but Julie really is not sorry when they happen and has responded to appropriate criticism with inappropriate personal attack. If you don't want to be treated like this, don't use Harte dry cleaners.

I needed to use this service again a couple of weeks ago and was reminded of just how fantastic they are. They really went the extra mile to help me and I was struck by how much care and professionalism they put into their job. Consequently I thought it only fair to write another review to express my gratitude for their help. Delighted again at a first-rate service.
Left my suit and my Daughters School blazer for cleaning over the Easter school holidays, whilst we were abroad. I checked they would be open on the Saturday of Easter weekend, as this was the only chance I'd have of picking back up, and was told YES. As I left the shop I double checked and the girl confirmed Yes. Shut Friday Sunday Monday, but OPEN on Saturday as normal. Arrived Saturday to collect at 11:30 to find whole place locked up and a sign saying CLOSED Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday. Left me with no suit for my work on the Saturday night and my Daughter with no School blazer causing her grief and hassle every lesson she went to. No explanation and no offer of any form of compensation or price reduction for inconvenience. Just repeatedly told "I can only apologise". Well actually you COULD have done a lot more, but chose not to, and just take my money. Safe to say I WON'T be using Harte's services again any time soon. With plenty of dry cleaners in the area its hassle I can do with out and with zero customer service I would strongly recommend you shop around before using them
Polite and friendly service. White bedding, washed, dried and ironed. Lovely job, promptly done.
I left work early tonight to get there for 5 as that was the advertised closing time, arrived at 445 and was closed!
Dont let the 1st review put you off cheaper than sunlite!
