My only encounter with this company was unfortunately at lunchtime today when I was waiting to get out of a junction. A Hart & Sumpner van approached and passed us and for some bizarre reason the scummy little moron in the passenger seat decided to give us the finger through the window. He then got more and more animated and had the window open to yell at us, before hanging the door open as if he was going to get out while we both sat and laughed at him. Thankfully for his sake, he stayed in the van but on this evidence I certainly wouldn't be inviting any of these cretins into my home to have work done.

I have just been following a transit of yours and it's rear passenger tyre is completely flat, to the point it's smoking, As soon as I could pull up the side of the van I did and made the passenger aware that the tyre was completely flat and smoking, to which I got a grunt and absolutely no attempt of a Thank you or anything! Then they carried on driving for a good 1-2 mile before pulling into a petrol station! 
Best not have the vans sign written if that's how your staff treat people trying to help them. (FY16 XFF)

Hart & Sumpner provided a writen quotation to carry out roof work, which I agreed to. I have had to wait four weeks for them to be available to carry out the work. Should have started last week they rang to say they were behind schedule could they start today. I agreed to meet at 9.00am this morning. They arrived with some board and then left. I chased them up at 9.30am eventually they came.
Within 10 minutes they told me they could not do the job for the price they quoted (£6145 plus vat) as they had miscalculated the size of the roof. If I paid another £1500 they would start otherwise they would leave the job and I could get someone else. Can not believe this level of roofer still exists today. Watch this space.
