Great shop, very helpful and knowledgeable, reasonable prices on small need-it-now items and up for a bit of negotiation on big ticket purchases, exactly what a local bike shop needs to be these days. They cater for all levels and types of rider and the owner's enthusiasm for road bikes had me *briefly* thinking about buying a road bike. It's not a big showroom style shop like some of the more well known more central stores; they have a reasonably good range of commuter, road and mountain bikes in the £250- £2500-ish range, as well as kids bikes in stock. Where they score over the city centre stores for a new buyer is that the guys know their stuff and talk to you - without any attitude. Once you've bought the bike, they are genuinely pleased to see you and interested in how you're getting on with it!

This is a great service and is very good value. He is a very friendly man who will make the bike perfect for you and will answer any questions you have about your bike. He fitted a front derailleur and shifter and a new set of brake pads which are working perfectly! He picks your bike up and delivers it when he is finished and all based around your daily routine. Would definitely recommend Graeme to everyone!

A really good service. Gave me a great tutorial on bike maintenance and was very reasonably priced. It was extremely convenient that they could come to where I was based and work around my schedule. He arrived on time so I wasn't kept in waiting for ages. Would definitely use again/recommend.
