We pre booked a taxi 3 hours before it was due. They left us hanging around for 1 and 3/4 hours!! When we called they said it was busy!! They eventually sent one but by that time we had got in a different taxi finally at 00.45!! The taxi was originally booked for 11pm. Do not use this company.
Badly let down by this company this morning. Taxi didn't show up and I missed my grandsons leaving assembly as a result. They take bookings they can't honour & then it's too late & your left without a choice. Please be honest if you can't do the booking...unforgivable!!
Booked to pick me up from the airport. Good service, and a polite driver. Got a text describing the car as well. The price was reasonable too.
