BMW serviced yesterday at short notice. Tony managed to squeeze me in on a Friday which really helped me. Customer service was first class and all staff very friendly. They even dropped me off at home in the morning which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
Shocking service, staff were rude and unapologetic when returning my car it had a massive nail in the tyre, which I asked them to fix. I was met with a sigh and no apology. Won’t be going back here as they couldn’t carry out the work I had booked in for and were very vague about how I could go about getting the part I needed.
Great experience - David from the service team was outstanding and organised -kept me updated on the vehicle progress - also received a gift courtesy of Arnold Clark - The Receptionist was so polite and welcoming - would highly recommend this dealership.
All ameneties here for customers use while waiting on car or to hand keys over as must go to desk here when booking in. Exactly same set up as any Arnold Clark I've been in all good. I was disappointed however that I had to leave my car in overnight because they didn't have/could not source a windscreen wiper and bulb which failed my MOT Around lunch time told ready next day heard nothing until I called at nearly 3pm Male advisor ticked all boxes no probs at all. Lady at reception when booking in seemed fed up though speaking but not looking at me How come when I've prepaid for Mot/services etc do I hear we're just waiting on word that you're covered because bla bla or bla I thought if Mot up it up?! What if said no and why would I be told that?! Definitely smooth reliable service. I'm happy. My car is happy. Recommend for sure
Thanks BMW/Mini parts department team, especially Tommy & Brian for sourcing a replacement alloy for our mini clubman. They couldn’t have done more to resolve the ordering and delivery of the part, both were very personable & professional.
Really pleased with the experience and expert advice from Grant in the sales team. Popped in at 8.30am on a Thursday morning and secured a new car by 4.30pm that afternoon. The entire transaction was effortless for me perhaps not for Grant, but it never felt like that as nothing was too much trouble and I’m delighted with the car.
This is now my third car and first with BMW and by far the best I've been too. David Sinclair was fantastic the whole way. Keep it up!
for Brian in the parts department!!! I had an issue with my keys not working in the locks on my BMW 5 series. I contacted BMW Giffnock Arnold Clark in the morning, and they were very accommodating, suggesting that I pop down to see if there was a simple fix. When I arrived, a friendly member of the parts department staff assisted me and called over his colleague, Brian. Within just two minutes, Brian had identified and solved the problem. I was so relieved and grateful for the quick and efficient service. Brian was brilliant and friendly, and he truly deserves a massive thank you and a pat on the back from management! Thank you, Brian and the team at BMW Giffnock Arnold Clark, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
Quoted £440 to remove the bumpers and check sensors, the parts were fitted as part of the price. Car booked in £440. When I turned up the labour charge had jumped to £840. I couldn't have my car back until the bill of £1063.01 rather than the £663, so under duress I was forced to pay up. there was no one who knew anything as it was Saturday. I foolishly thought it would be resolved afterwards. They claim they had quoted 5 hours work at whatever their hourly charge was. When I called to complain I was told I should have known the price quoted was per bumper as "they mentioned 5 hours labour". But that would be £880. Despite trying to explain that is not what was quoted I got talked in circles. The price was quoted in person after my service on 3/8/23, but they quote a recorded conversation on 11/8/23 which was when the bumpers were already off the car. and now need to raise a claim for the return of my money. Not only overcharging but clearly couldn't care less about doing it. Simple Procedure documents will be lodged today after some reviews. Wrong person, wrong day.
I would not recommend this garage unless you had an endless pot of money. I put my convertible mini in with 2 faults, tailgate wouldn’t open and roof wouldn’t close properly. I was told the faults and repairs were carried out, only then to be told that the roof would now not open. They would then need to carry out further tests, I declined due to the eye watering bill I had received for work that had been done. After filling in a customer survey about how dissatisfied I was, I was called by their customer service department. I was told if I brought the car back to them they would see what they could do, sounded a bit vague. For fear of getting hit for more money I declined. One very dissatisfied customer. I wouldn’t have given one star if it allowed
