We love this country park. Great for walks, plenty of room for everyone to run a round. Lots of birds to spot (with some great bird spotting hides provided. The lake is having a problem with green algae so don't go swimming, you'll regret it.
Nice cafe. Plenty of parking and the park is never too busy.

Fabulous place to stroll round and enjoy the wild life and the brilliantly carved wooden animals. Very dog friendly. Only let down was the worsted coffee I've ever had ( supposedly real coffee)can't comment on the food.

Really lovely park, well looked after with beautiful views. Lots of friendly visitors. Nice cafe at decent prices. Will definitely go back and will be recommending to friends.

Easy to get around being very flat with surfaced paths. Outdoor gym equipment, skate park, basketball hoop, different play areas, bird hides, cafe, lakes and river. In the warmer months there is also an ice cream van. Very popular at weekends with cycling groups.

Lovely scenic place with massive open grounds and lakes. Took family and friends  for a picnic and we had an awesome time. We enjoyed the walks, played football and the kids had a fab time on both playgrounds.  Free parking and ice cream van available.
