I've never been to a hospital with a more compassionate and friendly team - thank you to the CAT ward consultant and nurses and other job titles! who looked after me recently. An excellent standard of care and the nicest bunch of people too on what was a busy day for them.

Having suffered a heart attack I must praise all the staff in the CCU on both Farndale and Byland wards for the friendly but efficient care that I received.They were all exceptional. All the paramedics I came in contact with on the ambulances  were of the same ilk and made what was a harrowing experience bearable.

The A&E Department is a 10 star service. Having hurt my chest falling off my bike I was dealt with in a professional and extremely efficient fashion. With or without covid this team are excellent.
