Worst estate agents I have ever used. They never phone you back, they are rude, inconsistent and whenever I do speak to them, it seems like no one actually knows what they are doing. I have been lied to, I have been rudely spoken to in a sarcastic manner and just generally not helped. I had issues later on during my tenancy, they decided (with the landlord) to cancel my tenancy and force me to leave the premises. Just after Christmas/New Year, with a 1 year old daughter. As you can imagine, this was a very stressful and expensive experience. I contacted them for assistance, I firstly emailed, then I telephoned, then I went in person to their office, phoned again and again... Did I every get a phone call back? NO! Not until I literally called them over and over to the point where they started to get annoyed with me. Now I am still having issues with a corrupt landlord who wishes to take virtually all of my £725.00 deposit due to "damage" caused by me in the space of 12 months, I don't think so! I require proof of the work carried out and the invoices to show this. I have requested these from Harrisons who have not sent them and surprise, surprise, will not return my phone calls. I phoned them yesterday lunch time, I am still awaiting a response. It was nearly a month and a half ago since I moved out. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be letting/buying/selling with them ever again. It seems I am going to have to seek legal advice regarding this matter, good luck to anyone who rents a property via Harrisons, you'll need it! P.S. Feel free to return my phone call Melanie!?

Although we were unable to get to completion with Harrisons for our sale this time I feel that I must state how impressed we were with the way that we were treated. Property buying/selling is such a nightmare experience but is made that much more bearable by the professionalism of the staff at Cromer. Eleanor, our main contact has been superb. We will certainly use Harrisons again.

Our company has worked alongside Harrisons for a couple of weeks now and it has been a great pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful and obviously keen on making sure their customers get the best possible service. Well done to everyone!! From all our team at Utilitease!

This is the third time we have used Harrisons to sell our property and each time we have received excellent service. Eleanor has been absolutely superb, regularly keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale - I would not hesitate to use her, or Harrisons again.

Great Estate agent - staff always very helpful. Let my property within 2 days of been advertised!!! Would highly recommend.
