A great coffee shop inside Tesco. Nice welcoming atmosphere, clean and good seating. The staff are friendly and the coffee taste good. They have a nice selection of sweet treats as well as a good choice of drinks. Highly recommend!
Came to Tesco expecting a cafe with hot food and found this place, I wasn’t impressed, had some sort breakfast wrap that tasted so bland and over priced , the Latte was good, Nicely spaced out. But I much prefer a Tesco cafe than a coffee shop, to many supermarkets are going this way.

This is the first time for me visiting this chain, I did not even know it existed, but I went by chance to this branch. Amazing service and amazing coffee. They do not make cortado, meaning that they do not have it on the menu, but the barista came to me to ask how I wanted it and made one of the best coffees I have ever tried! The perfect amount of milk and coffee, super well balanced.. I can only have one coffee a day for health reasons, so for me that one coffee I have every now and then is very special, thanks for exceeding expectations :
Nicely lighting. Comfortable seeting. Coffee very nice. Easy to enter. Parking is not an issue as it's in the corner of a large Tesco store.View of tesco car park ok. Good place to stop and have a coffee if you're having your car washed. It's also nice to leave your partner while you do the shopping or nice to meet with friends and natter . I would not go on a Sunday due only having paper cups and no earl grey iced tea
Terrible service, rude staff and incorrect orders. I was shocked at the service we received at this Harris and Hoole. I love the local one to me and so encouraged my mum to go here. Sadly it was an awful experience. The food was rudely dumped on our table, drinks were not said to be ready and so by the time we were eventually told they were luke warm. My latte was definitely a cappuccino. Staff looked as if they didn't want to be there and as if we were unwanted. I will not be returning and have encouraged others to give it a wide birth!
Staff very unprofessional and very noisy, just treating the cafe as if they’re at home - loud conversations between themselves across the cafe, with no regard for customers. Place was quite grubby too - very strange set up with coffee making on customer side of counter .. bizarre! Cost £12 for 2 coffees, 1 mediocre sausage roll and small brownie? Not good overall.
We visited Harris and Hoole for two coffees on Sunday 15/01/23 at 14:40. The service was appalling. Cold coffee served by a girl with a bad attitude. She needs more customer training. We won’t be going back again. The coffee shop was virtually empty. I guess this is the reason why.
