If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Canterbury, look no further. The owners Paul & Heide are wonderful hosts. The rooms are bright, clean & modern. Our room No 5 had a coffee pod coffee maker, and the selection in regard teas, coffee & biscuits was amazing. The selection on the breakfast menu was far more that I expected. They have parking spaces, which Canterbury Centre hotels don't seem to have. David & Fran 21 March 2023
Booked a room last minute, Paul was friendly and welcoming and the room Blue Skies was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast pancakes were excellent. Would definitely recommend for a night or two in Canterbury.Rooms: 5/5
I think this guest house has spoilt all future guest houses/B&Bs we'll ever visit due to how amazing it was! Cannot fault anything - location was good, in a quieter area but close enough to walk to town; the room we had the Peacock room felt very luxurious, big and comfy bed, nice view, small touches that showed they've gone the extra mile, very modern bathroom with a de-steaming technology on the mirror and the shampoo was amazing quality usually I hate hotel shampoos as they are very basic and make my hair dry and frizzy - I don't know what brand they use but it was top quality and left my hair so soft and smooth!; the hosts were very friendly and attentive - they ensured there was a vegan option available for breakfast at short notice we only notified them upon arrival as we hadn't realised breakfast was included but it was all available in the morning. Parking was also available. Not surprised by their high google rating - it is justified, we would definitely recommend!
Fantastic place to stay, very clean and tidy. Paul and Heidi, were amazing hosts, couldn’t do enough for us. Like meeting up with old friends, so friendly, and helpful. Last but not least, the breakfast, absolutely perfect. We would definitely recommend the Harriet. We shall return. 10 out of 10.

We had a lovely extended family holiday here, to celebrate a special occasion. Paul and Heidi are the best hosts you could hope for, and really helped us enjoy the occasion. The breakfasts were wonderful - make sure you try the amazing homemade granola! Highly recommended Rooms: 4/5
Beautiful guest house. A lovely greeting on arrival.Very well run. The breakfast was lovely. The place is a credit to the owners. A gentle 10-15 minute walk to town. Some eateries nearer. Excellent location. Would recommend this place and visit again ourselves
