A really clean and well maintained Spoons. The ordering was quick and simple. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was cooked to perfection, which is the first time i can honestly say that about a Spoons pub!nI was really impressed and we will definitely be coming back even though we live in London.
Food's great but one of the waiter poured half a glass of orange juice on my phone, looked at me in the eyes and left without saying a word. Absolutely disgusted by her behaviour.
It's a delightful pub with great outdoor space as well as indoors .nThe staff are mostly friendly and helpful ans the food for the money is great value.nIts definitely not a gastro pub but in truth like many, not every gastro delivers when it comes to the food especially for they charge !nThe food occasionally come less than hot but on the plus side they are usually accommodating and re heat it without a fuss would be my main complaint.nThe breakfast is quite good and great value as is the unlimited coffee.
Good place to have a drink and a bite. Reasonably priced also. Loads of parking but you need to be mindful of where you park. Avoid using the residents parking bay as ticket officers are quick to ticket. Parking is also free after 6 in the designated areas. Smoking area outside , for those who smoke.
Was pleasantly surprised at this weatherspoons. As the last one I was in which was Brighton was absolutely disgusting. Refused to eat there and left within 10 minutes ! However, this weatherspoons was lovely , fresh, very clean, tidy. Staff lovely , food could have been bit extra on plate . But all in all would definitely return there.nPleasantly surprised.
