My last visit was disappointing, the fish was bland and the chips were greasy. The service is always very slow. I generally go past this one and go to the other chippy in the market place which is far nicer and also better value.

Certainly gone down hill since it opened a few years ago, quantity seems to be more important than quality here these days. Whilst still enjoyable I’d recommend walking around the corner to Market Place Fisheries, more taste and less grease.
