The kindness of the receptionists is outstanding especially Lesley abs the functional recommendations of Nick the Physiotherapist from Circle K was very good .
I had to visit the ENT department at this hospital thenHalley Stewart Clinic......this was the toilet there.....what you can see is black mould on the window!!!!nI am so shocked by this and disgusted to the core!This is an NHS toilet.....l have no words.....nAlso there was a tiny waiting room with 4 chairs,8 people and ad a disabled lady,l had no where to sit,so l went back outside to wait in my car.nI hope someone of importance sees this review and gers in touch with me.....And that toiletunit gets closed down.....l didn't think much of the consultation either,the Dr didn't give me much confidence... a complete waste of a day......l am not happy!!!!nUPDATE.....I AM TRYING TO CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY AS WE SPEAK!

I went to the neurology part of this hospital today after phoning them last week. I got through and spoke to someone after 2 mins. All I can say is WOW!! The receptionist and nurse I saw today were absolutely fantastic! I can't fault the service I received today at all. They were so accommodating and had so much empathy and compassion that it was unreal. I walked out of there really happy with the service I received. Such a lovely building too with lots of character and history behind it. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Couple of observations:nnCar parking is free. A welcome change from most hospitals these days.nnAnd was greeted by a very friendly & efficient receptionist, called Sandra.
