Would not use ever again. Took a jacket to be shortened at the sleeve and it has some back the same length. Asked for my trousers to be shortened to my ankle and they have come back a good 3 or 4 inches above them...spent £26 to have an awful done. Will have to find somewhere else to do a better job.

Used to be good, but every time that my suite comes back, it smells like it was never washed. I took to another cleaner to compare and what a difference. I would not recommend to people that care about cleanness.

Zero star experience. When I first went to collect my clothes they told me they were closing despite the door sign saying they were open, the lights being on and 2 staff being present. On the next occasion they argued with me over accepting a debit card. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said there wasn't one available. I asked what day they would be in and the reply was "we don't really ever have a manager". I would rather have dirty clothes than deal with this company again. Prices weren't great and neither was the cleaning/pressing. Try elsewhere!

VERY POOR SERVICE and would never use again. Trusted them to dry clean my wife’s wedding dress which they managed to wreck. Instead of advising us of what had happened they tried to cover up the damage with a very poor alteration and falsely implied that the work had already been done before the dress was given to them. Dress went back for further repairs but came back with the same level of poor workmanship. Requested to speak to the manager several times but they would not give me his contact details. Although requested several times he never had the courtesy to contact me. A dishonest company!
