Harlequin is hands down the best florist in Chorley. The girls are so lovely and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble,they go above and beyond and take great pride in their work. The arrangements are always so beautiful and fresh, and they last such a long time. I will never use another florist!! Keep up the good work girls!!!!

Rang up to at 3:40 pm on the off chance of placing a telephone delivery. I advised I want to get flowers delivered locally to someone who had just literally been  diagnosed with cancer. I was told they had no fresh flowers and had only come in today to tidy up but they could do something tomorrow. I politely said I would prefer to first ring elsewhere on the off chance I could coordinate something for today which the shop assistant took offence at and sarcastically responded "you'll be lucky" followed by a laugh. Complete lack empathy, clearly profit orientated and rude when it was clear the sale was lost,. Avoid.

Not impressed! Terribly abrupt telephone manner and seems that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing . Lost my business !
