A fantastic experience through all stages. Liam was articulate and had an incredible knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. On initial visit of the vehicle, we spent a good few hours and he showed everything from top to bottom. The advert was exactly as described. Liam even delivered the car to me a few days later once extra work entertainment pack for kids had been carried out on the vehicle which he kindly arranged. We have stayed in touch since. An absolute top bloke. I will definitely be going back in the future. The care he shows is a credit to the industry. I highly recommend to anyone including friends and family. The whole transaction was smooth and perfect. Love the car!
A really great experience. I had been chatting with Liam for about 10 days and agreed the sale price and trade in value before i even visited. When I arrived, everything was as described and I had no issues at all with the collection of the car. I cannot recommend Liam and his team enough. It's how a car purchase should be.

I recently Purchased a White Mondeo Titanium X Sport from Hardwick Sports & Prestige. Sold with full Ford service history apparently. Only when I checked the service book after collecting the car it was missing 4 years of history between 2017 and 2021. The car was also apparently service by Hardwick before I collected it, only the air filter looked like it was 4 years old judging by the amount of dead leaves and insects wedged in it and of course the oil was pitch black. One of the wheels had 14 wheel weights on, so I assume an alloy is damaged or they fitted a tyre with a manufacturing defect, I wouldn't have noticed if the steering wheel didn't shake between 65 and 70 mph. There was a chip in the windscreen that wasn't disclosed before purchase, the parking sensors don't work and the car has a massive coolant leak. I find it hard to believe that all these issues combined were simply missed due to how many there were. I tried to contact Hardwick on the Tuesday following a bank holiday weekend but no one answered the phone. I had to get the finance company involved and they are unwinding the deal. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone purchase a car from Hardwick Sports and Prestige due to the issues with my car and the untruths told in the listing. It is a shame as deep down I quite like the car. I offered Hardwick the chance to have the car fixed at a Ford dealership near me and I'd simply keep the car, however this was rejected. It seems they'd rather sell the car to someone else unsuspecting.
Going through the process of purchasing a splendid Range Rover Autobiography from this company. I really do not understand the recent reviews. From the get go they have been very polite and cumunication couldn't be better. Very responsive to requests and flexible re payment options. This is a garage like we used to have . Clear open approach to car buying . Hopefully we will be long time customers.

Very disappointed with the outcome of our purchase, purchased a vechicle for this company a year ago and have had nothing but problems, with one issue going into the garage 7 times! The issue still not resolved. Poor customer service throughout and still no further with getting the car repaired. I would highly recommend you don’t use this company to buy a car.

I'd be wary of them. Went to look at a car that had MOT advisories in 2021 but no advisories in 2022 and only had done 1500 miles since 2021- both rear tyres badly worn out and also no evidence or garage bills that the brake disc issue had been addressed. I didn't buy a car from you - Not sure why you would think that That would be why you have no record I know you're not an MOT station - But you have eyes and can look at tyres -Tyres are below legal limit Don't you check MOT History? where is garage invoice for tyres and brake discs ?
!!!!AVOID!!!! Had a nightmare after purchasing a car from here. Bought the car early January, within a week of ownership the engine management light came on as well as having a front tyre side wall shred due to having been previously run flat was told this was my fault and i had ran into something Having taken the car to main dealer for diagnosis i was quoted £2000 to fix the numerous issues. Diagnosis also revealed a remap as well as other modifications I hadn’t been made aware of before purchasing so i was miss-sold the car. In term this voided my warranty that i paid extra for… Phoned up to return the car as it was within my rights to be able to within that time period to which i was refused and told to bring the car back for repairs. After questioning weather they would use genuine parts they refused and told me they would “replace the bits they think will need doing” which didn’t fill me with much hope. Ended up taking it to a specialist for repairs and have only just got a vehicle that is fit for purpose. Would not recommend one bit, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere…
