Booked yesterday to go to Fareham and back, confirmed by them. Called me an hour before they were due to pick up to say they had no car available. Used to be a good company, now totally unreliable. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
Worst most rude taxi firm in Goport! Cannot repeat what the switchboard person called me when she messed up our booking!!!
Just want to say thank you Hardway Cabs for failing to turn up last night. Taxi pre-booked for 7:50pm. Was waiting outside from 7:40. Gave up waiting at 8:15. Guys, if you don't want to do the short journeys, don't take the booking...simples ! :-
For the last 2 times I have used Hardway cabs, they have let me down. I have asked for the taxi driver to help my disabled mother with a walker, to the car. Each time this message has not been given to the taxi driver. They ring me, and tell me the taxi is waiting outside. She then has to struggle to the car with the walker out of her front door. They then pick me up and take us to QA to the eye hospital. I won't be using them again. When I rung to complain their response was pathetic.
Reliable, efficient and professional - they did a great job with a group of 11 - getting us delivered and returned home safely. Highly recommended.
At 8pm I booked two taxi one straight away one at 9.30pm at 9.40 I called and was told sorry one was on the way at 9.55 I was told one was not coming. 30 mins stood waiting for a taxi that was never coming could of just told us without having to lie . Very un professional
What a great taxi firm.. got a taxi to fareham and home again also.. the guys were lovely and Went out of their way for us. Never felt so comfortable and looked after in a taxi. Thanks guys will defo be using you guys from now on.
Cheap and reliable. Best around. They just dont have enough staff for demand hence some bad reviews..
