Great club that is well equipped, spacious, always clean and not crowded. Priti, the manager, is fantastic and really went the extra mile to meet us and gave us a welcome - she and the team are always welcoming and friendly. The club offers a variety of facilities so it’s perfect if you like to have a mix of workouts - from swimming, personal training, yoga classes to the sauna. I always have a great experience :
An amazing gym! It's always super clean and never feels too crowded. The sauna and pool amenities are perfect for unwinding after a hectic day. Priti, the manager, has been incredibly welcoming & friendly since day one. She and her team greet us with smiles daily, always ready to chat and brighten our day. If you're searching for a relaxed workout environment, I highly recommend this place!
We are very happy with our new membership of the Harbour Club, Notting Hill. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Our daughter is greatly enjoying her tennis lessons with Ahad. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The club is incredible. It’s very clean, has friendly staff and it’s rarely crowded. Between the gym, tennis, pool and sauna and healthy snack bar! I could spend hours there! If you considering a gym, call and ask for Priti! She was incredible helpful and nice and helped me make the right decision!
This morning we sent an email inquiry about a family membership at the Notting Hill Harbour Club. We were immediately contacted by Pritti, their sales manager who offered to give us a tour the same day. We loved the facilities and she was so thorough and helpful in explaining how the club works and the benefits our family would have as members that we signed up. Our favourite family gym in London! Super friendly staff and great facility. Big Thank You to Priti sales&membership manager who has always been very helpful, Marios & Chloe our children’s amazing swimming instructors and the wonderful valet parking team. Absolute No.1 family gym choice in central London!
Priti, the Sales Manager, gave me a big and warm welcome to the club. She is always there to help with a big hug and smile. I enjoy visiting the club, staff are super friendly and nice. Facilities are great and clean especially the pool with low level of chloride. Lovely club to exercise and to relax too!
I have just joined the club after a tour of the lovely facilities. It is great that there are gym/class facilities as well as swimming and tennis under one roof as well as the social space to work and eat, I was looking for something with all these amenities together and that can be difficult to find! Priti the manager was very friendly and helpful showing me around the club and explaining my membership options. I look forward to getting to know the club further now with my membership.
Today, I took a tour of the Harbour Club Nottingham. The facilities looked great, but what truly convinced me to join was the outstanding customer care provided by Sales Manager Pritti. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I can't express enough gratitude for her extraordinary professionalism and the thoroughness with which she showed me all the benefits of the club.
Recently joined after a lovely discussion with Priti whose informative and attentive round-the-clock service seriously!! I called at 7pm and 8am and she answered both calls against all my expectations helped me make the right decision and join the club. So far Priti's excellent calibre of care has been a reflection of all the staff here. The facilities are clean and you can certainly feel that the club is more a community than just gym members. I mainly swim and can attest to the cleanliness of the pool and low levels of chloride which is unfortunately not true of surrounding pools.
