Very disappointed with our takeaway this evening. We ordered sweet and sour chicken balls which were never delivered, when we rang them to query - they told us they didn't have a record of us ordering them and then told us if we wanted them, we'd have to wait another 50 minutes!!! We also ordered crispy beef and when asked if we wanted chilli and garlic with them, we requested garlic only and no chilli.... when it came it was covered in chilli!!! The duck pancakes were lovely, but overall we are very disappointed and will not be re-visiting this Chinese takeaway again !
Twice now. My order has taken over an hour to deliver. When phoned... its simple it will leave in ten mins. NEVER AGAIN!
