I especially asked for no beef. The woman even transferred my call to the chef in the kitchen she even confirmed with me back my order. I said I want it spicy without beef, she said without beef, we can add more chicken or more prawns. I thought this would be the case, but upon arrival I opened the food and she gave me spare ribs which were beef. I'm very disappointed as she even confirmed and double checked my order with me. very disgusted
Had an unforseen misshap with our order last time but the owners were extremely kind, apologetic and handled the issue swiftly. This time the food was absolutely perfect, and service from owners and driver was excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else, best food around!!Food: 5/5
Not happy with the change from foil boxs to cardboard dose not do the food justice
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! my mom ordered a Chinese earlier tonight , specifically asked the women on the phone if she could pay by cash , she said yes , mom used a Scottish printed note which is legal tender , they “couldn’t accept the note” and took our food from us . Then delivery driver proceeded to sit outside of my house for 20 minutes. Ridiculous service. Left hungry and annoyed by lack to customer support. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
Our meal was beautiful, delivery really fast, the lady thst took the order sounded lovely the only complaint was delivery driver, he was driving around the pub car park said he couldn't find my house even though its on a main rd, he couldn't be bothered to get out the carFood: 5/5
The food here is amazing and what a great idea to have box meals giving you a selection of food for a great price. Staff are so so friendly. Well worth a visit and reccomended.Food: 5/5
