New Happy Garden is our go-to Chinese takeaway. We like the dishes such as Satay Chicken Skewers, Mini Spring Rolls, Singapore Chow Mein, Beef Curry and Chicken in Oyster Sauce. They have their own website, it is easy to navigate and place order Collection or Delivery, you can leave a note if you have special request, very good service indeed.
friendlyI personally believe this to be the best Chinese Restaurant in town. The fried noodles is my favourite! The Manager is very quick and efficient and she is very friendly we have good conversations.
Flavourless food, over-priced compared to other local Chinese takeaways and the receptionist wasn’t very helpful seemingly not wanting to be there. I can’t blame them to be honest, the bleak reception and dull atmosphere must have made the minutes tick by like hours. Bottom line if you like your oriental food don’t eat here.
Honestly the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. I haven’t ever in my life left a review but this food is so bad I had to do this, didn’t even finish the food I stopped eating to put this review I asked for extra soy sauce for my rice it tastes like no soy sauce so disappointed no flavour never ever again.
Hands down the best chinese takeway/delivery in hemel! Maybe banana leaf is good too but for me its new happy garden! If you like soggy batter and greasey noodles... don't come here! But if you like fresh ingredients and punchy flavours this is the place.
We order online from this shop atleast every other week since the first lockdown! Our regular order will be beef chow mein, chicken fried rice and crispy duck our favorite..sometimes we add in some dishes. Food is always fresh and taste amazing! Their dumplings is delicious too!! I dont like giving negative feedback, but I'm sorry to say I will never be ordering here again. Both my usual places station cafe and treasure house was shut, so looked at this place and thought lets give it a go. The quarter duck must have been a duckling as it was tiny, the chicken satay was chewy, the chicken in my chicken Thai style looked like it was ripped apart and boiled, it was a awful jelly like texture. Not impressed at all
