It was a fantastic experience getting my teeth treated at Hanover Dental Practice with Dr. Emad and nurse Leena. As a new patient needing a root canal and being highly sensitive to pain, I was truly impressed by their patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. To my surprise, they even repaired the gap in my front teeth, which I thought would require cosmetic treatment! A big thank you to both of them for their excellent care.
I went to Hanover dental practice in Newcastle for a dental cleanup and filling my experience there was great. The service twas amazing and my dentist was really great and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. Overall I’m am really happy and I 100% recommend it to other people.

As a nervous patient, I truly appreciate her thoughtful and understanding approach, which always puts me at ease. Her expertise and guidance in treating my gum disease have made a huge difference to my oral health. The practice’s recent renovations reflect the quality you can expect here.
Absolutely shocking service and organisational skills! I went in for a routine check up and had a lost a filling a few days before and was in a lot of pain. I was hoping to have it fixed on my routine, or at least a temp job but it wasn't a dentist seeing me, it was a therapist which meant she couldn't work on me. I was asked to go back to reception and make an appointment, the soonest they could get me in for was in a months time! The receptionist told me to call each morning and see if there was any cancellations, I tried every morning for two weeks running and never even got my call answered, left messages and never got a return call. I called Saturday morning and was told they had an appointment on the Sunday! Great new - I thought! .I explained I had lost a filling and was in pain and needed treatment. Got there the next day, having waited almost 30mins - only to see the same therapist I saw almost three weeks ago who cannot do dental work! FUMING!nnShe took me to reception and they no more appointments that day, nothing the following weekend either!nnI left and will never return or recommend them to anyone! The whole time the therapist is stood there with a grin on her face, even though I'm telling her it's not funny and it's been a complete waste of my time and not good customer service.
Can't praise this surgery enough. I am at best a wreck when it comes to the dentist and haven't been for 17 years. Managed to get signed on with Hanover and saw Dr Gidaa who was kind, reassuring and very patient. She offered me some treatment however, because I was still on the antibiotics she gave me, she informed me that the anaesthetic may not be effective because of that so I declined and returned a week later. I was due to have the tooth extracted but asked her to save it. She managed to fill the cavity without anaesthetic, treat it with fluoride and I never felt a thing! She was amazing. I know it's not a long term solution however it's given me the confidence to sit back in the chair again after so long. Thank you so much
