Hanks is one of the best places for a quick and quality lunch in Edinburgh! Whatever you get will be good and the owner David is happy to help, have a chat and very welcoming! Would recommend any day for a good portion size and decent price!

We can start our day good at Hanks by taking a good breakfast and then continuing the spirit at lunch time as well.... Good salads with nice varieties of sandwich both continental and other

A variety of sandwiches and salads/sides, many of which I have tried, and taste amazing. Great value and friendly staff too. Worth going to for lunch as frequently as you can. I love it.

Hands down one of the best - if not the best sandwich  bar in town. Ingredients are always fresh as well as the food being tasty consistently. Breakfast or lunch, hanks have you covered!

Holy Moly the buns! Just had a marmalade bun and coffee from here and it was amazing! Lovely people running the place, going back for more tomorrow

Tried Veg falafel, yummy and heavy. Cut into 3 pieces, each piece equals to 1 slice of family pizza. Well stuffed with humus. Will surely try next time, need to go light for dinner if you plan to have it as a day meal.

Staff are friendly ! And nice sandwiches

Absolutely delicious salads- definitely recommend to others. Very friendly staff and helpful with my food intolerance.
