Used to be an excellent service but since they merged with oldland, it has become chaotic. Doctors and nurses are always helpful but I feel that some of the receptionists can be a little rude, abrupt and unhelpful. If working in the care sector then shouldn’t you be caring? I was told they can’t take a repeat prescription over the phone and I’d have to come in. I said that I have cancer and receiving chemotherapy and that I was to unwell to come into the surgery to drop off a repeat prescription. The answer I got was that someone else can do it for me. I just thanked her and put the phone down. I literally don’t have anybody else who can do it and now I have to suffer with pain until I’m well enough to come in. Unfortunately I can’t take OTC medicine incase it masks an infection. Great help thanks

Excellent surgery. Receptionists very pleasant and helpful. Website shows the profile of each doctor and what areas they specialise in which can help you find the right doctor for your needs. Excellent smoking clinic - I gave up with the help of Olive (nurse at surgery) after 30 years of smoking.

Worst f**king doctors in bristol full of rude uneducated idiots i would not reccomend this place to anybody
