Operatives somehow managed to completely snap the passenger side chair mechanism, rendering it useless unless you are 4 foot tall and have legs the size of carrots.

Once a complaint was made, (the operatives on question suddenly "didn't understand/ couldn't speak English" so you get the big boss' phone number) the owner refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, shouting down the phone that "you got no proof (sic)".

Another "dindunuffin" company, which is a shame due to the prices they charge.

Slightly more expensive than other valeting services which is why I gave 4 stars though they done a good job! (gold package)

Found out after we paid and left that they didn't clean under the child seat which was still very dirty.this was dispite our offer to take the seat out for them which they declined saying that they would take care of it
