Phoned ahead to ask about getting my car cleaned as it had been broken into and there was glass every where and wanted to check they would be okay with that. I had already cleaned the worst of it up myself and just wanted a professional valet to make sure it was safe to drive again. I was told no problem and to come in and it would be normal price. Arrived today, left my car with them and asked for a full valet inside and out, gave them plenty of time to do everything and was even prepared to tip as I realise having to clean broken glass up is not ideal, except when I got back into the car I could see that there was still a considerable amount of broken glass on the tops of the seats where they hadn’t bothered to wipe it at all, there was still sticky remnants on the wheel and seats from the contents of the broken bottles used to smash my car windows in so they clearly hadn’t bothered to wipe the wheel or seats properly and still bits of broken glass in the passenger footwell in the back so clearly had not been wiped or hoovered properly there either. I realise and appreciate it was probably more difficult than their usual car clean however they advised me they could do it and it would be no problem and I did call ahead of time and even explained when I got there to make sure they were aware of the situation. Very disappointed, not worth the money I paid and just extra stress on top of the ordeal I’ve already had to go through.
