The beautiful Old Rectory is such a stunning setting, just perfect for a healing retreat. The whole weekend was an utterly magical experience with good company, wholesome nutritious food (salads were even dressed with edible flowers from the greenhouse!) and expert tuition. The setting and attention to detail made the whole experience a weekend to remember. I came away feeling totally rejuvenated and relaxed. I can't rate the retreat and the location highly enough.

Leonie and her colleagues have such passion to share their love of healthy living that it is sure to rub off on everyone experiencing one of their very special retreats. The Old Rectory itself is stunning and the escape-to-the-country feeling you get from being there a real tonic! I enjoyed the healthy menu of different food - so nice to have someone cooking for you! Thank you all so much, I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Having attended 2 of the Hands On Life Yoga retreats, lead by Leonie and Anya Hawkes, I would absolutely hand on heart recommend them. The Old Rectory is set in a landscape of beauty, the food is INCREDIBLE , the yoga classes and workshops are enriching and restorative, while the rooms make you feel like a princess. It is great value for money and the escape from reality could not be more worthwhile. Thank you to all involved who make the experience so happy, warm, nourishing and transformative.

Incredible retreats at an absolutely stunning venue. Heart-felt, authentic offerings with beautiful people. Amazing teachers, hosts, therapies and of course the most delicious food!

Incredibly friendly and inspiring teachers at an amazing manor house for the perfect getaway. Couldn't ask for better food, better workshops or a more relaxing experience! Can't wait until the next one.
