Food was great but the beef patty was over cooked, tough and had a lot of ligaments in it. The fries, coleslaw and halloumi were ace! Most options including beef are halal but only on request so do ask. I will go again but order a chicken burger next time.
Okay, seriously. If you got the voucher from the cinema for a discount on the food then great. Nothing beats a good discount. However, if you have a look around you will definitely find something else that will tickle your fancy more. In the space of 120 seconds the staff came to us SIX TIMES to ask if we were ready to order. Bro. Relax. Let us have a look at BOTH the menu's lunch and normal and one member of our party had to use the restroom, so please just allow us some time to have a ready. Give us 2 minutes to read the menu. Being overly eager is not a bad thing, don't get me wrong but damn man, can we take a breath? lol Ok, on to the food. The buns were nice, is anything they tasted like they had been out for a beat. The beef, chicken and bacon did not taste fresh. It honestly felt like they had either been cooked before hand or not stored properly or something was definitely off. The chips were fine and the halloumi bites were heavenly. But seriously. For that price the food needs to be fresh and not tasting like it's off or something. Hard to recommend when you are in WEMBLEY OUTLET WITH SO MANY CHOICES! Take a walk. See what else you can find to tickle your fancy. Unlikely to come back here unless something changes for-sure.
This was OKAY, I expected much, much better quality of food considering its handmade and the goddamn price you pay!! Was here yesterday and had a lamb and mint burger with Chucky fries. The lamb was a little solid on some parts - this needs to be soft and succulent but lacked it! The mint sauce was also probably just thrown on! Too much of it, over powering and very tangy! Total let down as was looking to having a lamb burger for a while now. Pic attached can fool anyone! As it looks really nice presentation wise...the taste, highly let it down Place is nice, staff are okay but overall not worth my time nor money coming back unless they start reading customers reviews and make changes
Very juicy burger leaking meat juice when picked up! Didn't look appealing. Burger bap looks squished. Onion rings too well done. Coleslaw served looks like half a bowl. Staff was ok. Ordered coke, didn't realise was self service, staff did not explain, just left empty glass on table. When she served the sides, fries fell onto table, she just left it. Didn't offer any sauces. Overall service wasn't great considering it wasn't even busy for Monday night.
Liked the burger was juicy although there was greens blend with the meat not pure meat only it tasted nice The bun is not the best The fries were great chunky and crispy on the outside Halloumi bites were perfect The prices also reasonable
Oily burger, too all done. I'm really disappointed with the customer service. They close the ladies toilets one hour before close the restaurant. The guy who served us... You can notice that he didn't want to work and make a happy experience, he shouldn't be at the till with that aptitude. Only two for burger presentation
Having visited this place in the past and offered free drinks because food was late. This time it was bad! Had to wait 15 mins to get seated when the whole restaurant was empty, and then came the food and drinks, the elderflower drink is just sparkling water and ice! The burgers were cold! Bad bad bad!
Amazing food and good prices for the quality, everything tastes great and seems really fresh. Burger came medium rare as standard as it should, Mexican fries were great with lovely soft avocado. And the Pit Wings are amazing, maybe the best thing on the menu, cooked perfectly! And lastly the staff were really friendly and helpful and quick! New favourite I get joint, hope we get one in Cambridge!!

Went here on 1st June - event day yes, however it wasn't as busy as you would expect. It was around 5.15pm and doors had opened for the events We ordered 4 gluten free classic cheese burgers, 1 double party, one without onions and 3 without cheese - due to allergies which is pretty serious. The burgers came within 10mins, so not the "handmade from scratch" that's promised, definitely not fresh burgers. When they came all of them had cheese and onions. The gluten free buns, which come individually wrapped, were frozen in the middle. We sent it back, but I just peeled my cheese off and started eating. I took a bit and the burger was cold, as if it had been sitting on the side. This instantly made me to go toilet and I had a dodgy stomach. The state of the toilets were disgusting, a leaking and broken toilet and no toilet roll, really hot and smelly. Usually when a toilet is that bad you wonder about the kitchens state When back at the table, the unapologetic and unenthusiastic waitress bought more bund, they were also frozen. We called over another waitress and told her this is the 3rd time our buns are frozen and she only offered chips, which were also warm. There was No sympathy or any real solution to our cold food. I wouldn't go there again!
