A great experience with Ross and the team at Hamptons Dorking - felt more like an independent agent rather than an international company. Very patient, great listeners and best of all bringing that human element to estate agency. Ross really understood our position and helped us secure the home of our dreams.

The team at Hamptons recently handled the sale of our barn conversion. They were extremely competent at all times and kept me fully informed throughout the sales process from booking viewings through to final offers. Scott was very confident about Hamptons achieving the agreed guide price and that is exactly what they did! Mel undertook all negotiations in a very professional manner without a hint of the "bullish" sales tactics that are exhibited by some agents. The property was given good media coverage both locally and in London which was particularly important to us given the close proximity of the property to a direct rail link to the city. Highly recommended.
