I have had the pleasure of using Hamptons International for letting services twice, and on both occasions their professionalism and honesty have been commendable. The team at Hamptons particularly the letting team in Windsor has consistently delivered high-quality service that benefits both tenants and landlords.  I want to extend special thanks to Victoria Holt from the letting team whose professionalism and helpful nature made a significant difference in my experience. Victoria's knowledge and dedication to her role were evident throughout the process providing valuable insights and assistance.  One aspect that stood out for me was the team's responsiveness to any concerns or enquiries. In conclusion, my interactions with Hamptons International particularly the letting team and Admin team in Windsor branch have been consistently positive. I am currently renting through Hamptons and the letting side was great, we got everything in order quickly and it was done, props to Ms Holt for that. The horror of our tenancy began a week later when we realised our drain wasn’t working. No one from Hamptons has any definitive answers or information. They decide to play these mind games with you where they send different individuals to “investigate”. This issue has cost us an abhorrent amount of money and ruined our Christmas. They choose to respond selectively. I was looking forward to Christmas in our new house and obviously they have already ruined that. Please do not let through Hamptons. Their sells department must be great but go through the rest of the reviews, only the sales bit is great. Their property management has caused us great emotional distress as well as forced us to live in an unliveable flat. If they compensate us for the amount of losses we’ve had and give us a reasonable amount of time to vacate the property, I will at the earliest possible chance. Pathetic service.  The excuse of this being the holiday period could have been used but I have given them fair notice of over 2 weeks prior to the period with several reminders that this period would be approaching and we would need it done prior to it.  To add to my review, someone could have died due to the negligence of the property managers, a heavy chandelier has fallen in the flat below us because of the damage. This could have literally killed someone

Fantastic lettings team. Jocelyn, Sarah and Martine are an all-star team. They have made both the viewing and the process thoroughly enjoyable. We sincerey couldnt have asked for more. Communication was prompt and efficient and the viewing was conducted with such care and good vibes that we were left impressed. Really well done!

We were fortunate to have an agent friend experienced, but no longer working in the area, who gave a shortlist of three agents they felt  we might consider for the sale of our porperty near Windsor.  We chose Nick at Hamptons as we felt he had a a depth of experience and a straightforwardness that we felt was genuine.  Plus the network and resouces of a large agency. The sale took a while unlucky timing to market! and yet they kept plugging away on social media etc and Nick was available for regular consultation and reviews. Once the sale was underway we were surprised to find the Office employed a "chaser" in the form of Jackie who was brilliant at her chasing job and as intermediary, and giving updates on the state of play  - to a successful conclusion.

I had an excellent experience working with David Harrison from Hampton Estate Agents to purchase my new home. They provided me with clear and detailed information about the property I was about to buy and worked hard to find the best one for me. They were patient and understanding throughout the process, and always made sure I was comfortable with every step. The entire process was completed in a timely and efficient manner, and I am very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a estate agent  in Windsor or Sunningdale make sure you choose David Harrison for the home purchase. David were very responsive and timely in his communication and made sure that I was kept in the loop about any changes or updates. I was very impressed David and Hamptons with their level of expertise, and the level of professionalism that they brought to the table. We recently sold our house with Hamptons and we are very happy with the wonderful service we received throughout the process. Our conveyancing solicitors were awful, but Jackie at Hamptons chased continually to ensure we completed the sale as quickly and efficiently as possible.
