Very impressed with this hotel, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, they asked me which floor I'd like to be located at and recommended the 5th floor with the river view. The manager Andrew was very helpful, I'd definitely return in the future. Probably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever dealt with
Friendly and efficient welcome. Very comfortable rooms with some great views if you go up high. But avoid the top floor unless you like the subsonic throb of what I assume is the air-conditioning on the roof. Free breakfast is mostly very good but scrambled eggs are reliably awful!
Ample parking. Friendly check in staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Clean bathroom. We had a lovely river view from our roomnBreakfast was really good. Joe was an excellent member of staff on the Breakfast service.
Our experience was ruined by mean staff.nWe were kicked out from hotel's lobby, because we have received takeaway food. Choice of their own restaurant is poor, as well as rooms too small and don't have proper facilities to eat in there. Room for two, but only tiny dressing table with one chairnStaff member, who has no clue about customer service and loyalty towards guests, tried to justify her harrassment on us by some kind of mystical allergy which can jump from our simple vegetarian meals on other restaurant guests there were none present, so she kicked us out. As a result, we had to go upstairs and eat on our beds.nAlso, breakfast coffee seems to be cheapest on the market, as it is disgusting.
Great overnight stay for work. Lots of parking available when I checked in at 4:30. But by the evening the car park was full. Check in was quite slow and busy. You also have to pay extra for the parking which is a bit cheeky.nnBut they were the only minor criticisms I could find. The staff were friendly, everywhere was modern and clean and my room was lovely and spacious.nnBreakfast was a good variety and quality for a buffet and the coffee was great. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel
