A real home from home. A late flight and a short walk to the hotel in some excellently rubbish weather. The auto check in, digital enabling of the lift and the digital key were very impressive. Such a comfy room, super clean bathroom and an impressively quiet night's sleep. Bless the quiet air conditioning that was very effective and kept the temperature exactly where I wanted it. I had a delicious breakfast and left with auto check out. Even without engaging with any staff they were all friendly and there were plenty of smiles available. As a result I had a thoroughly enjoyable whistle stop trip to Edinburgh. Many thanks Hampton by Hilton.
Stayed here for one night. Coming straight out of a dirty budget hotel this was a dream! The beds are great, and the pillows, loads of space, big TV, everything you need to relax and get a good sleep before a flight. Location is good. Just a few minutes walk to the terminals. Although it can be a little difficult finding the way the first time. Should be more signs for those walking from the terminal. I will definitely stay here again when I have a flight before noon.nI was so happy with it I probably will only stay at Hilton hotels from now on.
Really lovely hotel. Modern, clean, the bar is open 24/7. The breakfast are has lot's to offer and opens from 4am. I felt really pampered staying here.nCan walk to the airport in 8 minutes which is super handy.
Staff are lovely. Very comfy bed.nnTiles cracked in the bathroom and entrance to the room.nnTerrible sleep - room far too warm and air con locked on heat mode at 22 degrees Celsius.nnChildren running and screaming in corridors from 5am.nnGuests having full and very loud conversations in corridors at 1.30 am.nnConstant noise from planes and traffic. Urgh.nnBring earplugs and a fan or book elsewhere.
Very convenient location for the airport, the night we stayed the main route into the airport was closed off so getting to the hotel was a nightmare no prior information issued. The room was a good size although dirty with stains on the headboard the toilet and shower were also not the most hygienic but you get what you pay for...... Parking was also £12 a night and we avoided the breakfast.
