We stayed for two nights in June over a weekendnnOur room was great - it was big, clean and had a nice viewnnBreakfast on the Saturday morning was a really bad experience. There was almost nothing available...no bowls, cutlery, pastries, and some of the hot food too was completely gone. There were two staff there who were really trying their best to fill things up but they needed more help which wasn't therennAlso, the corridor on our floor had a strong smell of Cannabis one of the nights
Stayed here on a couple of occasions. Rooms are of a reasonable size and quite well equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.nThe beds are comfortable and a good size with rugs rather than carpet. The shower in the bathroom was well powered.nOn our second stay, the room we were checked into had a smell of smoke, we were quickly moved, and this didn't detract from the rest of the stay.nIf I have one slight criticism, it's how bright the public areas are at night, not very relaxing.nThe buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and was all well cooked, you can even make yourself a waffle!nThere is an evening meal menu available, a little limited, but was enjoyable enough.nAmple parking is available along with EV charging points.nI would stay here again.
Don’t stay here if you can stay somewhere else. My first room had stains on the pillow cases and seat. I had to change rooms because the sink wouldn’t drain. Second room dirty and each day I would check to see if they had wiped down the ring stains and smudges on the bathroom mirror and they didn’t. The floor had visible dirt the whole time. This place is not clean. I called and tried to report it. They filed an incident and told me they would contact me which they never did. They didn’t give me a receipt at check out and told me it was emailed to me which it wasn’t and now I have no receipt for my expense report. I highly recommend not staying here.
This is the most appalling hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room I was given had bloodstains on the bed sheets. After requesting a new room, I discovered a plastic bag with moldy bread in a drawer within a few hours. Both rooms were extremely dusty, and the service was subpar. This hotel is definitely not worth the money.
My friend booked this hotel for a 3 night stay. My word what a lovely clean and very organised hotel it is too. The staff were the most helpful I have experienced. They just couldn't do enough to help. Exceptionally good choice at breakfast. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend this to anyone. Fantastic experience. Thanks guy's & girls.
