I'd give this 3.5 if possible. The hotel's not that bad but the area leaves a little to be desired. Breakfast is basic but decent. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean. The gym is suprisingly good. Overall it's over priced. This should fall within the budget range of city hotels.

Lovely friendly staff, nice room: we were in a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable but otherwise the room was clean, probably quite a squeeze if there were more than 2 of us though. Bathroom lovely (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc) supplied. We also had an issue with a squeely noise (heater) all night. The breakfast was nice with variety and served for a good length of time.

Poor service. Booked online on the Booking App a week before. Arrived at the hotel to check in and was told Hotel is fully booked and they have no room for me to stay in. Waste of money and a taxi journey. Luckily I got a refund. They come out with first come first served. Which is a load of rubbish as this can not be found anywhere in their policy or terms & conditions. I would advise people to call in before making the journey or pay a bit extra and get a proper hotel!

Dinner and breakfast was nice, there's also a Domino's right next door. The location isn't the nicest but the actual hotel is good. I remember the wifi was fine, overall it was a good night.
