Absolutely chuffed to bits with my Nissan Qashqui... Everything about my purchase was 1st class from my initial telephone call to the car being delivered to my door in Birmingham. Every question and request dealt with nothing was too much trouble which spoke volumes... Would highly recommend.

There are many used car dealers out there who are quite happy to rip customers off. I am happy to say after travelling 4 hours to purchase a vehicle it was exactly as described by the dealer, nothing was too much trouble and the transaction was so easy. I am pleased I purchased from them and am happy to recommend.
Just bought a nice blue jazz for wife as her first car to learn driving. Great car kept in nice condition. Just found out some minor problems after a few days of purchase and would like to see if warranty can solve it. They got really nice service too. Would recommend to friends or family.
Great service, was in Australia at the time when I spotted the car but they were happy to video call me and go through the car in detail. I also requested a couple of things to be done to the car so it would save me time when I got it such as installing Michelin PS4s and they were happy to help. Very helpful and would buy again, thanks guys
Buying a second hand is a worrying experience. When our son passed his test we were looking for something well cared for, with low insurance, which would be reliable. Finding Hampsons online we decided to visit and found that they had a good range of options which fit the bill. Adam is a young man running a good honest business. His cars are well selected and priced to sell. We never forget our first car and our son is delighted with his. He really enjoys being the envy of his friends who ended up with much lesser vehicles at greater cost. We firmly recommend Hampsons and intend to make this our first port of call for future purchases.
We bought a car a month ago. It had some problems, there were engine lights periodically coming on and off and we found out that the exhaust had 2 big holes in it and a broken flex. That being said, Hampton Motors ultimately fixed every issue. Sometimes not as timely as we'd have liked but the point is, they did sort it for us and this is most people's worry when buying second hand. Only thing is still awaiting extended warranty information.
Highly recommend this place. The owners were very trustworthy, helpful and took the time to answer any questions I had. I left with a car that I am really happy with and I have had no issues with it, so will definitely be buying from Hampson again in future. Overall, very positive experience and would definitely recommend.
Could.not have been treated better! Bought a VW campervan, the guys put it through a full MOT but the turbo was blown - expensive fix but was agreed to do at my local garage straight away. So happy - good honest people to deal with - cannot recommend highly enough
