Very poor! Had 15 treatments at this clinic. The company Cosmetic Laser Treatment has centres over Surrey & Hampshire all offering SHR & IPL. Since using this centre I have been using a genuine hair removal clinic elsewhere, its more expensive, but it works. You should be able to feel the laser hitting your skin, with these clinics the equipment they use you literally can't feel a thing, it's about as effective as using a flash torch to your skin to remove hair. I spent a fortune with this company and feel utterly ripped off! I complained to the head office and they said they can offer another 10 treatments, and for more than I was paying in the first place (why would I want to throw away more money) When I told the specialist at the clinic I use now that they use SLR they laughed and said the treatment is completely ineffective. This company offer deals on groupon, their reviews on there are really poor. Top tip: Do some research and pay a bit more for treatment that actually works, it will cost a lot less in the long run.

Error on their behalf booking a consultation wasn't made when I called & no deposit refunded back, rude very unapologetic & extremely unprofessional!!
