Very underwhelming food, especially for the price. Both burgers were massively over cooked ordered med-rare and rare and got two that were “well done” and dry. Service was attentive and the waitress was very nice though. Expected more from the brand and the fact it was inside a John Lewis.

The chips were returned as they were lukewarm and the burger was burnt and dense. Not up to John Lewis standards.

Very tasty. Spicy cheese fries fantastic, burger really good. A tiny bit pricey maybe, but perfect to grab a bite while shopping.

On the 3rd floor of John Lewis Oxford street, it is a hidden gem! Burgers are very tasty and try the sides which are very good too. The service is very friendly. All of us left very satisfied and we are already planning to go back. Well done

Delicious find while shopping at John Lewis in Oxford street, I bumped into ham holy burgers and apart from the  name : everything else was quite really good. The beef is leaner and meatier than your usual patty giving the burger deeper and meatier flavour. Fries were excellent along with 3 dipping sauces, shakes are also quite good
