Extremley poor service. Was told I would have an update for my car at 2pm today. Tried calling 17 times- no response. Not even provided me with a courtesy. Will not even respond to my insurance company. Now I am without a car as my contract hire must be returned today. I have no idea where my car is. Poor communication and customer service.nnUpdate: Absoloute **** show. Took my car again today for rectification. Promised me to sort out a courtesy. Guess what? They failed to do so as they processed it 3 hours later and was too late for the hire car branch. What car did they process? A corsa! Nowhere near similar to my current car. 3 days without a car. Never using Halo again.nnUpdate 2: Was promised a call today to discuss compensation for my losses. Still nothing. What a suprise. Decided to procceed with Trading Standards/Financial Ombudsman. Absoloutley pathetic.
Highly recommendnnMy car was took here after a company repaired my car to a very poor standard following an accident, Halo took on the work and after myself, an engineer and the site manger going over all the issues. My car was then completed within 48hrs with good communication throughout. Much better service than previously received from the other company.
Contacted my promptly, were true to their word, kept me posted and had my car back in less than 48 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and already have. Thanks for making a trauma as pain free as possible.
Avoid, had my old car over 6 months, they ordered the wrong parts, never inspected it properly
