Sent my partner today and the lady had a right attitude. Got my quilt and memory foam topper back gone to put them on the bed and it’s still filthy, soaking wet and I don’t think the actual duvet has even been washed. Oh and it cost us £50 which she demanded up front!! Very arrogant and will be ringing in the morning, I will never use here again.
About 5 weeks ago I had a double 13.5 tog double duvet washed ready for winter, it seemed fine. But took it out of the bag to put on the bed and horrified to find the duvet was full of mould and mildew. In only a few weeks. So it obviously must not have been dried properly. Lady would not budge on this, would not try to wash again or anything. She actually called me a liar when I took it back. £18 for nothing, No customer service whatsoever, I know never to take anything there again. I am as honest as the day is long and she called me a liar. Shocking serviceService: General bedding cleaning
Absolutely disgusted in the service I’ve just revived from here! I picked up my duvet this morning and the woman in the shop let me take it home and hang it out without telling me she’d frazzled it in the dryer! When I rang to tell her, she said there’s nothing she could do and that she didn’t know it was so bad. So she knew what she’d done and still didn’t have common courtesy to inform me or apologies. This cost me £18. Now I’m having to buy a new duvet ‍ Shocking customer service!

Got a king size feather and down duvet cleaned here, when took it home noticed it was still wet and very flat called and compained but the lady there said basically not interested when i touched it this morning it was wasn't wet and wasnt prepared to dry it for me. Shocking service won't go there again waste of money and now on radiator trying to dry.

Do not apply for any job going here , as the boss Roland Is a sexist pig and sacks you if your a woman like he did me and the lady before me tony and also the shop is full of mice in the back and is very run down , needs closing down.
