Really nice place to stay. Staff very friendly & nothing too much trouble. The room was clean & bed very comfortable. The food was above average. The only one thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the condition of the swimming pool & general spa area. Tiles in the steam room really need replacing, with obvious 'make do' messy repairs it looks dirty. It's a shame really as the hotel itself is really lovely, open fires, comfortable seating. I have stayed at various hotels & the pool area always appears to be an forgotten space when it comes to care & attention. The cubicles are ridiculously small , too many lockers so the showers look squeezed in!!! Would love to go back & the spa area been revamped☺

Absolutely fabulous afternoon tea. Waitress young lady from Durham couldn't do enough for us. To add to the fun fire alarm went off but we got free glass of prosecco. Thanks to the manager. Definitely  recommended

Despite awful weather on Friday, we had a super weekend at The Hallmark Hotel in Stourport. It was beautifully warm. I enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. We walked in the snow down a disused railway line on Saturday 
Good food, a Murder Mystery evening on Friday...the whole thing was excellent.  
We will definitely go again

My family stayed at the hotel for a wedding reception. The location is scenic and the hotel lovely. The food served for the wedding and for breakfast was at a good standard, and the staff were very friendly. The room was an ideal size, which was cosy to stay in. The only gripe was that the rooms aren't very soundproof, as we could here music playing from the room opposite, as we as ongoing conversations in the corridor. Besides that, we'd still be happy to stay again.

Great hotel - lots of space to chill and relax. Good location to visit surrounding areas. Staff very friendly polite and helpful. Would ask that next menus clearly indicate vegan options as embarrassing to have to constantly ask if dishes are suitable.
