Not impressed, went there with a veggie friend, she had no choice. `food was poor. Only good thing to say is how amiable the service was. Would not recommend this eatery to anyone so sad to say. Cooking good food is easy have never been so disappointed in a meal. I do live within walking distance but would definitely walk further.
We visit Halligans three or four times a year. The food is always excellent and the service is friendly. Unless you have a palate that can only deal with the Brewer's Fayre standard of catering you should love this place. Recommended.
We count ourselves as extremely fortunate to have this gem of a restaurant on our doorstep. Always a nice welcome, great service, good range of wines and food that is unfailingly good. You won't be disappointed.
Been here a good few times now, usually family get togethers. The food is amazing every time, the staff are very friendly, it's just a very nice, relaxed environment!
A small and friendly restaurant that serves freshly prepared great tasting food that is very well presented. Great service, friendly staff, un-rushed and hospitable. Only wish I lived near so I could go more. Recommend it to anyone who wants something better than the norm.
Lovely restaurant amazing food
Excellent value, classy and friendly....the menu is varied and holds up on quality...lovely lighting inside too..
