My father has been at Hall Park for almost a year since his onset of Dementia. Jodie and the team are great with him. His room on memory Lane is lovely. The renovations they are doing are making the home even more welcoming. The staff treat dad with respect and are always having fun with him and making him laugh. I can't thank them enough

Mum and dad have been at Hall Park for 5 months now. From our first contact with the home we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a lovely atmosphere. Many of the staff have been there for several years which says a lot. I come from a nursing background so have high expectations of the care and can confirm the care provided is excellent. The staff as well as looking after mum and dad always enquire how we are when we visit and are always on hand to provide advice or support. The home is currently undergoing a major refurb and we have been kept up to date on progress.

I highly recommend Hall Park, the staff are all amazing and so is the manager. The place is spotlessly clean the meals are lovely and the care is second to none. My Dad is well looked after and I feel happy in myself now leaving him in there knowing he is ok after trying several other homes he is now safe and happy. Thank you all for taking great care of him

My Mum has advanced dementia and has been at Hall Park for almost a year. Jodie and her team are lovely. They take great care of Mum, getting to know her and what she enjoys. Her room on Memory Lane is like a hotel and there are daily activities for her to take part in she especially enjoys the dancing. They also do thoughtful extra things like giving my Dad a birthday card and singing to him when he visited Mum, as sadly she is no longer able to celebrate it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hall Park Care Home to anyone making that difficult decision of finding somewhere for their loved ones to live or visit for some respite.

Very good , in the process of being upgraded as I write my review. Staff very good . My mother in law is very happy and that's what counts .

I visit regularly and have a relative there. I turn up anytime, The staff are like a big family , the are both considerate are caring and are alway there to help & listen .

This is an excellent home and doesn’t deserve its RI rating. My dad came for respite on 4/10/22. He has Parkinson’s disease and it’s very important his medication is on time. The staff at Hall Park got it spot on. The food was good, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper! Dad’s clothes were well laundered, the whole place was clean and smelt lovely. The staff were compassionate, friendly and welcoming. We as a family felt Dad received the best of care and would have no hesitation in recommending Hall Park.

Came in to drop a resident off just as Lisa was leaving to go home. She dropped everything she was doing and helped me and my crewmate get them into their bedroom. What a star she is. Really really accomodating and really really friendly to both us and the resident. Barchester, Lisa is a massive asset to yourselves. Credit where its due
