Worse customer service ever I thought it is the season to be jolly!! Will not be using this branch after the new year.Will look at moving banks

Went into the sheldon branch and was appalled! Asked a customer service advisor named Felicity to address a very private matter in in private regards to myself. She shouted infront of everyone for me to wait on the que and turned her back saying "I dont have time for this" everyone looked at me and i was very distraught. She said she was too busy to hear my reason even though i explained that I cant talk over the counter about a very private matter. The way she treated me was not good and very rude. I even heard a elderly lady say "terrible". That led me to close my account and I shall never bank with them again!!

The times on here are wrong. The closing time on the website is 1PM and on this it is 12. Very misleading.

A few of the staff here are very rude and unhelpful. The 2 girls behind the counter need to lighten up a bit.If you don't believe me go in and check it out for yourself. Ive took my banking elsewhere.
